GutterShutter Chicago and Innovative Home Concepts was starting by Rhett Wilborn, a second generation contractor who was born, raised, and still lives in the Chicago area.
Rhett has been around the gutter and downspout industry for the better part of his life and has used or researched every gutter protection system available. The moment he saw the Guttershutter product he knew it was something special. He instantly fell in love.
